GreatLIFE Worthington Membership Pricing

A few things to note. 

$50 One-Time Enrollment Fee applies for 6-Month and One Year commitments. 12 month memberships automatically renew every 12 months.

Rates are subject to change.

Couples must be legally married to qualify for Couple Membership. This membership does not include children.

A Single +Child Membership is for one parent or guardian and their child that is under the age of 26. 

For a Family Membership, the primary and secondary members must be legally married. This membership includes all children under the age of 26 that the primary and secondary members are legal guardians of. 

To make sure GreatLIFE is the right fit, we offer a 7 day free fitness pass for people who are interested in a membership. You may only receive one pass ever, but we want to make sure GreatLIFE is the place for you!

Have guests that would like to join you in your workout? We offer a guest pass for $15 plus tax that is valid for 24 hours, but must be purchased during staffed hours.

Anyone under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign to purchase a day pass, 7 day trial or a membership.
