PGA Family Golf
Worthington GreatLIFE is excited to host PGA Family Golf on May 18, June 29, and August 17. You and your family are invited to form a team and join us for an unforgettable day on the course!
Our PGA Family Golf League welcomes family members of all skill levels. Enjoy golfing as a team in both scramble and modified alternate shot formats, connecting with other families in your community!
PGA Family Golf features adult and junior divisions. Adults are 18 or older, and juniors are 17 or younger on the event day. In the junior division, teams consist of 2–5 players, including at least one adult and one junior; four-player teams splitting into pairs must include two adults and two juniors. In the adult division, all players are 18 or older, and four-player teams may split into pairs. Imagine grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, parents, and siblings—all playing together on the same team!
Both golfing and non-golfing family members are welcome! We encourage families to wear themed costumes (e.g., Marvel Super Heroes, Star Wars, Frozen, and more) for a chance to win prizes for the most creative outfits and the team with the largest age gap. After the event, enjoy cornhole by the pool and delicious dinner options, giving families a chance to celebrate and connect.
Choose your adventure with two exciting formats:
- Scramble Format: Two teammates (an adult and a junior) tee off on each hole. After selecting the best ball, two players (an adult and a junior) continue until the ball is holed. Teams of four (two juniors and two adults) can play as two pairs, taking the best ball score for each hole.
- Modified Alternate Shot Format: Two players (an adult and a junior) tee off on each hole. After choosing the best ball, shots alternate between an adult and a junior until the ball is holed. For teams of four or five, all members follow a pre-determined rotation until the ball is holed.

Cost: $45 per family (one-time PGA fee) + $5 per player on the event day. $25 covers PGA registration, with the remainder funding prizes. Non-member families will need to pay additional green fees and cart fees where applicable.
